Lawsuit Could Lead to Reopening of Toyota Cases
Plaintiffs who lost or settled rollover-crash lawsuits against Toyota Motor Corp. may get another chance to pursue their claims against the company. In a lawsuit filed earlier this year, a former Toyota lawyer claims that the company hid or destroyed evidence in more than 300 rollover-related suits. An attorney familiar with the matter said the allegations raise new questions about previously resolved cases.
